Manila, Philippines — December 5, 2025 — First City Providential College (FCPC) was formally recognized for its sustained commitment to quality assurance and academic excellence during the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) 52nd Founding Anniversary and 36th General Assembly held at Novotel Manila.
During the ceremony, FCPC received two major institutional distinctions: Highest Number of Accredited Programs in the Philippines and Highest Number of Accredited Programs in Region III, underscoring the College’s strong culture of accreditation and continuous improvement.
FCPC was likewise awarded the Seal of Quality and Sustainability for the following programs: Elementary, Junior High School, Bachelor of Elementary Education, Bachelor of Secondary Education, Bachelor of Nursing, and Bachelor of Hospitality Management—affirming their compliance with national standards and commitment to sustainable educational practices.
In addition, a Plaque of Recognition was conferred upon Dr. Estrella O. Simon for her service as a member of the PACUCOA Election Committee. The FCPC ICT Department was also recognized for its invaluable technical support to the Registration Committee, contributing to the successful conduct of the assembly.
